Delivery

I aim to dispatch your order within 3-5 working days of purchase.

Please note, that personalised prints will take longer (approximately 2-3 working weeks, depending on the wait list). This longer lead-time allows for designs to be drawn up, sent to print and then posted for delivery.

All UK orders are sent via Royal Mail Tracked 48.

All international orders are sent via Royal Mail Tracked. This service enables you to track your parcel once it has left the UK.

Please note that due to Brexit any orders shipped to the EU may be liable for import fees, handling tees and VAT. The customer is responsible for any import tax or customs fees that may be incurred. These will vary from country to country.

Cancellations

Orders can be cancelled if the item has not yet been shipped. Please contact me at [email protected] as soon as possible.

Returns and Exchange

I have a 28-day return policy on all products, which means you have 28 days after receiving your item to request a return.

Due to the nature of personalised prints, please note that it is not possible to accept returns. 

To return an item, it must be in the same condition that you received it and in its original packaging. I recommend that you send it recorded or with proof of postage as we are not liable for any loses. Please note that buyers are responsible for return postage costs.

I will notify you once I’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund has been approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded via your original payment method. Please remember that it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process the refund.

Any damaged items can be returned for a full refund or exchange. To begin this process, please contact me at [email protected] with a description and/or photo so this can be resolved as soon as possible. When sending the item, please obtain proof of postage. Please note that personalised products can only be exchanged.

Information privacy

Your privacy matters to me. I do not store credit card details, nor do I share customer details with any 3rd parties.

My Big Cartel shop has SSL, which adds a layer of security when you enter your information at checkout. Payments are processed by Stripe which has level 1 security on all transactions.
